To the rear of the property are French windows leading onto a patio with garden furniture seating 8. The whole of the rear of Seagull Lodge looks over National Trust fields and fantastic uninterrupted views towards rugged Dartmoor and over the beautiful wooded Tamar Valley (an Area of Outstanding Beauty) towards Calstock, Saltash and Plymouth.
Facilities
The facilities of the manor house are within easy walking distance and include tennis courts, an indoor pool (with toddler pool), small outdoor pool (seasonal), fitness room, bar and restaurant. Several good pubs in the immediate area serve excellent food and welcome families and dogs
Local Attractions
The property is well situated just over the border from Devon into Cornwall, just 4 miles away from Sea Gull Lodge lies the historic town of Tavistock with its famous Pannier Market, lovely walks and great eating houses. The beaches of Talland, Seaton, Cawsands and Crafthole are all within easy reach plus National Trust Properties and places of historic interest to visit nearby. Bookings
All lengths of booking are considered, from long term lets (up to one month) to weekly breaks (changeover days Friday/Saturday) Short breaks of 2 - 4 nights are also available in low season.
